How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately to maximise efficiency at our warehouse we cannot cancel orders after they have been placed. We can however provide you with a free returns label and instructions on how to return any unwanted items for an exchange or refund. 

Reach out to our Support Team  who can help get the process started. 

Our support team works business hours, Monday - Friday and during busy periods reply times can take up to 48 hours.
